907rwhp

04 silverado with an s485, 6.0. stock 706 heads, hi ram, studs, 22# and 21* of advance past peak torque. .81 lambda because the twin 450s and 210s were at 112% duty cycle.. so we couldnt go up in boost. 3rd gear pull unlocked 80e with a 252 circle d converter, the dip at the end of the curve is the lack of fuel pressure. 907rwhp.. was expecting more power but thats what it made.

Nice setup!

I’m confused by the lack of fuel issue? Is it on m1 or something? Shouldn’t twin 450’s be good for a lot more power?

JakeFusion 08-02-2018 03:17 PM

That is weird. Dual 450s and 210# injectors should support that...

What turbo kit is that? Or homebrew?

Its on E
and well duty cycle was done so not sure what else to say. I'm sure it was the high base pressure causing the lack of fuel.

Cwarta 08-02-2018 04:01 PM

That could be, the 450’s nose dive hard after 60#, I have the same setup being dyno tuned the 31st, I bet your loosing fuel pressure and the injectors are trying to make up for it. I wouldn’t be surprised if you backed off your fuel pressure if it wouldn’t support more.

Set them at 3-bar and go from there. Even on E85... that should do more.

What's the wastegate situation? And I assume the T6 1.32 A/R exhaust housing?

unfortunately the base couldn't be brought down, the return was too small so the regulator couldn't maintain a 3 bar pressure. Hence I just decided to tune it like so since they brought the vehicle from a ways out with a couple hours notice. The wastegate works perfect, and yea I am sure its the pressure that is killing these pumps up top. Its a t6 1.32 96mm turbine, best time is a 6.0 at 116 in the 1/8th before the stock 80e input shaft broke on the launch
