Default new dyno #'s with fm13

Started off before changing the tune (useing old hammer cam tune) it pulled 413hp/399 tq.

After tweaking for a while Allan got it to 419.93 hp and 405 tq. and just for ***** and giggles ,we ran it through the muffler and pulled 396 through the muffler. Car drives better , sounds better and performs better with the fm13 then the c1

Oh since dynoing with the c1 , I also changed from 4.10's to 4.30's in the 12 bolt and put a chrome moly steel driveshaft in place of aluminum one.
roughly 25 hp gain with the swap

Great numbers! I just put the FM13 in over a TR224 and will be dynoing next week. This is with AS 5.3 heads that flow 314 and a stock geared 10 bolt. Should produce some exciting numbers.

BTW.......Does your car have Forgleline wheels on it? I think that was you at Thunder Shootout. I tried to catch ya, but missed ya. Wheels look VERY good!

So you had 419rwhp with the cut out open and 396 with it closed? If so I think I want a cut out.

Yep, thats my car . I got the wheels on a deal I could not pass up, $1000 and my old chrome T/A wheels all with good tires. I did not know how I would like them but after putting the first side on I knew that they were staying on.

I am running the Edelbrock catback which for some reason they chose to make a 2.75 inch Intermediate pipe. I dont know if it is the size of the I pipe or the muffler but It sounds awsome but flows like ****. I always use the muffler to slow me down at tracks that are strickt. I can always count on loosing 2 mph and going 2 tenths slower through the muffler.

I think with Hooker and Magniflow it is only around 5 to 10 hp loss.

Chad, it was good seeing you again and congrats on the numbers. I was very impressed with the numbers you are making through your drivetrain and mild heads. You need to get in touch with Justin about those heads. lol

I was hopeing for 420 as it justified the swap from the baby cam.
Car feels strong now , I am going to stick with the heads I have expecially after hearing the 987 springs should be taken off. I am waiting till next year when the car is paid for , then it will be AFR heads and a fresh bottom end.
Considering a offset ground crank for the 20 more cubes but have not seen to much on them. Just depends on if I am willing to put a cage in by then too.

I dont have my graph by me but teh tq peaked at 405 @ 4800 and the hp peaked around 6400 I beleive but pulled strong on tq from 3500 and up . Tq below 3500 was still awsome but really shined above 3500.
