Dyno results from 02 Z M6.....
This was done on a Mustang Dynamometer
02 Z M6 8931 miles
mods= MTI Lid, Corsa,.....NO FREE MODS
1st pull
307.8 5300rpm HP
333.6 4050rpm TQ
took air filter out
311.2 5700rpm
337.3 4200rpm
SLP air temp module
309.5 5700rpm
339.1 4200rpm lost 2 hp but gained 2 tq
put filter back in and took out Air temp module
307.5 5700 rpm
337.6 3950 rpm
it had 300 tq at 2200rpm

Pretty average. Most stock LS1s will make about 300rwhp. So yours making 307 is pretty good, but well within "average" range. Get an aftermarket lid and a catback and you may see those numbers climb up to about 330rwhp.

did no one notice the mustang dyno part?!?! Pretty good numbers, I would say, does any know how that would typically convert to DynoJet #s?!

Idunno what the numbers would be on a DynoJet but, typically, they're quite a bit different, higher numbers from the DJ's. That's good power. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

Dyno numbers vary from shop to shop, not just dyno model to dyno model. I've seen the same car lose nearly 60rwhp from one dyno to another, less than 20 miles apart, only 2 days test days apart, and both dyno's were DJ 248c's. Conditions just change too frequently for anything to work well, one to another. I've also seen cars within 6-7rwhp on those same two dyno's, when tested on different days. That's why it's a pretty good idea to have a car tuned on the same dyno, everytime (if at all possible). <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />
