Default What is up with my A/F? Why am I not putting more power to the ground?

Had my car dyno'ed today ('04 C5 with zip-tie and Corsa cat-back), and out of three runs the best power it could muster was 297rwhp and 326 rwtq. Something doesn't seem right, I thought I should be putting more power to the ground? This was run on a dynojet at a local performance shop. The only things I can think of is my a/f is really rich up high in the rpm band, or I was slipping on the dyno (was a rainy day, so tires were wet and they are BALD BALD BALD stock runflats, almost no tread left.) Can anyone help me out? Here's a picture of the graph, sorry for quality, the printer was acting up at the shop.

we managed to get +10whp out of it by putting about 400lbs of weight in the rear deck area. I'm still thinking the A/F has something to do with it.

Im sure you..yourself can look at that dyno sheet and see that wasnt a very accurate dyno.. Its nothing but chicken scratch. Try again when its not so wet. If problem persists.. then your car is missing out for some reason or another..

there's nothing wrong with your numbers. you have a stock C5 and you are putting down stock C5 numbers. I can't tell how rich you are running (i can't read a damn thing on that graph), but you might be able to gain 5-10 with a tune to get it a little leaner up top

Those #'s are inline with a basically stock C5. Until you start doing headers and fullintake/exhaust you'll be blow 300-310rwhp. Torque seems a little high, are you an A4? Air/fuel looks jacked, either plugs semi fouled not giving good fire at full throttle or sensor was coming out of the tailpipe (imo).

no dyno should look like that.. its not even close to being smooth. Peek power may not be off by that much but the car has a problem

Yeah kely, I think it's time for plugs and wires.

Why go for the TR6 plug?

I still see nothing wrong with it. They most likely didn't have the smoothing turned all the way up on the graph, which will make it look choppy like that.

A lot of dyno operators do not smooth because you get higher numbers that way, even though they are false. Misfires usually show up in the A/F ratio with lean spikes lined up with power dips. I can't read the graph so I'll stop here.

Is it an A4? 04s usually out down right at 299rwhp or so, which is right where you are at. I wouldn't worry at all. Zip Tie mod does jack, and Corsa's don't flow noticeably more than stock, regardless of what you think. At 500rwhp, the Corsa's might flow a few cfm more for a max of 5-10HP, but at stock levels, you're not going to pick up anything with them.

And there is no smoothing on that graph.
