i was wondering is it true that the musatng dyno actually reads less horsepower than others. i had my car tuned at HPE. just curious not talking down on HPE. they do good work. my car dynoed 300 hp and 300 tq at the wheels. i have everything in my signature done. i dont know if thats good or bad. just wondering

i would think that it is obvious that 300rwhp is a lot lower than a dynojet since your 1/4 mile times are similar of a 350+rwhp car...don't get caught up in duno numbers...if it doesn't perform at the track what difference do they make...

There is a mustang dyno and a dynojet dyno in my area. I like to tune on the mustang dyno and then go get bragging numbers on the dynojet. I have dyno'ed on the mustang and then drove straight to the dynojet and the dynojet read 15%(14.98) higher between the two.

Every dyno is different even if it is the same brand.

Depends on what accelleration rate they are using for testing. Some of this has been discussed before. These threads may help with some of your questions.
