Default Tires spinning on the dyno, how accurate are the numbers?

I tried dynoing the car again with the new Intercooler. At about 5000rpm the tires started spinning so I let off. We tried dropping air pressure and even put my 400lbs. friend in the back but they still spun by 5300rpm. Can I assume the car is making more or less power than the peak number shown?

Less, use some combo such as a higher gear, stickier tires and more weight. Use a dyno with a huge single roller drum which you probably are.
