Default Not Bad....stock Lt1!

i took my 1996 camaro "SS" to my friends shop (anti-venom in tampa, FL-AWESOME PLACE) he was having a dyno day, he manily deals with corvettes and ls1's, but i wanted to strap the old LT1 on the dyno to see what she would pull, and suprising enough this is what turned out.

BTW: the car is a BONE stock m6, w/ removed filter/descreened MAF.

DYNORUN.002 Max POWER= 285.2
Max TORQUE=311.6

and yes it's all SAE.

im trying to post this dyno graph, but i cant figure it out.

Very Nice! SLP TOL? Those flow great and are part of your great numbers most likely.

I have seen a number of stock LT1 SS/WS6 cars dyno 270-275 rwhp. The ram air box really seems to help on LT1s (when compared to the stock LT1 airbox) and the TOTL will be worth a few ponies as well. Removing the air filter on my buddy's LT1 WS6 was worth ~ 5 rwhp.

I was also there and there were alot of Z06 corvette's w/long tubes and such laying down between 350-390rwhp and there was also a Agostino racing vette that did 511rwhp and 500rwtq that was a site to see! I've got it all on video. And there was a 96' ws.6 ta m6 with 14,000 miles with only Loudmouth that put down the same as Jared's car and put down 284rwhp and 312rwtq. The kid had a 13.06 time slip also but
he has nitto drags.
