Default How much power am I losing by using these items???

Check my sig for the basics.

But I still have a stock ported TB......as opposed to a FAST 90mm TB

LS1 stage III ported heads....not LS6.......as opposed to AFR 225's

LS6 intake......as opposed to a FAST 90mm intake

a 242/242 .610/.610 114 lsa......as opposed to a 248/252 113 lsa

What will I pick up in HP/TQ?

I ask because I'm thinking of either spending the cash for all this now or just getting a direct port nitrous system, maybe a 250 shot. I know doing both would the cats ***, but everything depends on cash.

If all this will be going on the 436 in your sig, I'd say do the stuff you mentioned. There was a post around the other day of where a guy removed some Stage 3 ARE heads and swapped them for AFR 225's and gained gobs of power. The other parts will only accomidate the heads. That motor wants to move some air and you have it all choked up. I'd say you'd be looking at 550+ RWHP.

Everything in my sig is what I have driving around right now.

I want to get rid of the things I listed above for the new items that are in black bold writing.

So you think I'll gain 67 RWHP?

I would say "YES!!" without a doubt, possibly more. There are 402 strokers make that kind of power with the 90/90 + AFR 225 setup. Imagine that setup on a 436

I think you should trade engines with me and buy the nitrous. Otherwise, do the N20 last.

Like I said in my first post, my engine is being choked to death with those parts.

Plus, alot of those high HP engines do not a smooth stock like idle like I have. My car doesn't shake, vibrate or lope AT ALL. I have HUGE room for more cam.

Whats up quickin!!! I wouldn't change that cam if you are going to still be driving on the street regular. I think some more heads would do the trick for your set-up. I don't know about the fast 90/90 either. I haven't seen no apples to apples comparison to the LS6 intake. Futhermore, I heard from several builders that the LS6 Intake will hold its on against and out peform the fast 90/90 Intake until around 5500 RPMs. I think some AFR heads and a good ported throttle body will do the trick. Keep me informed!!!

On a big bore stroker engine? I find this hard to believe. People are gaining rwhp on H/C cars when switching to the FAST setup. Check out the sticky at the top of this section for results.

Exactly . The larger displacement will draw in more air...

your choking the **** out of that motor...
Intake, Throttlebody, and heads... you'll make ATLEAST 550... put in the cam, and run a shot of gas and you'll be sittin 750rwhp easy.
