Default question about dynojet dyno numbers...

hey guys i had my car dynod with just the lid and Lm catback. it is an 01 M6. it put out 320 hp and 322 torque. on the computer screen it said air temp was 98 degrees outside which is fuggin hot. the dyno was SAE. would someone mind explaining SAE to me and how the 98 degree weather was affecting my dyno numbers? i am not upset with the numbers just curious how it all works.

Thanks
Louie
