The tuner did recomend 3rd gear, it was me that asked to make some pulls in 2nd because I thought I had read you where supposed to. Like I said though it made more power in 2nd. Do you lock it in 3rd by way of the ecm? Cuz if so that's probably why he cant do it cuz he can't tune a '98 ecm.

Its not a good thing that u dont have an ls6 intake. That cam needs to breathe! Many people gain anywhere from 10-25rwhp. Again though, you need to take into account your heavy wheels, being an a4(not a dyno queen) so a realistic number you would achieve would probably be 10 to MAYBE 15 rwhp.

As blue said, dynoing in 2nd is cutting yourself short man, find another shop, lock that bitch in 3rd and have fun

Thanks for everyones help. I've kinda been lookin for an LS6 intake. I guess I'll get a new tune and maybe an intake and try this again at a different shop, if I can find one close.
