TR230/224 dyno numbers

Put it on the dyno today, its a full bolt-on mild H/C car with a T56, but keep in mind its got a 9" ;) I made 3 runs... really kind of weird b/c I picked up substantial power on each run. I'm not sure if its because I put new plugs and o2 sensors in the night before and cleared the PCM or what. Anyways, here's what it did. Not bad for stock valved heads and a reverse split cam along with a power-robbing moser 9".

1st pull:
392.0RWHP 368.9RWTQ

2nd pull:
396.4RWHP 380.2RWTQ

3rd pull:
399.3RWHP 380.9RWTQ

*Overall I'm satisfied for now... I think its got more in it as it sits for sure... I wish I would've made more pulls to see where it was gonna peak at. 0.7RWHP away from 400, guess I'll have to settle for that. My AFR was 13.0-13.2 on all 3 runs as well. What impressed me was the fact that it put down over 380RWHP from 5,000 up to 6,800 rpm's when I shut it down. It peaked at about 6,400, but only had lost about 10RWHP by 6,800. It should be putting more like 425RWHP down with my mods...we might have to work on that. I also weighed the car last night and its 3200lbs curbweight... about 3425 raceweight.

What do you guys think??

Good #'s! When I had my SS dynoed a while back ti did the same thing. I mean each pull it picked up more and more. I thinkk the reason was my car was sitting like 30 minutes before I made the 1st pull and the engine wasn't to full operating temperature. Thats my best guess. Congrats though

Looks good for going thur a 9"
What gear is in there?
What intake and TB?
How much timing are you running?

looks pretty damn good with the 9 and a mustang dyno . try geting it dynoed on a dynojet for beter accurate numbers.

Congrats!

Thanks for the kind comments guys... this has been a long time coming since it was a motor swap I did all by myself. Everything was done by me except port work by a good friend (ta2slow) and the wiring (by another friend).

*The car has a moser 9" in it with 4.11's. I was also on ET streets when dynoing... not sure if that affected my #'s.

*its also got a LS6 intake and a stock MAF/TB that have been ported/polished

*not sure how much timing, I'd have to check

*this was on a dynojet... I cut off the top of the dyno sheet when taking a picture... it was a dynojet but done at a "mustang" shop LOL
