1000 rpm's MISSING
1 Attachment(s) I just installed the TR230 cam straight up with a set of stage 2 5.3l heads in my 98 camaro and I had the car tuned and the powerband falls off at 5600 rpms instead of 6800 rpms! The fuel injectors and pump are stock. I replaced the manifold with ls6 intake and the tb is stock. The exhaust I am running is hooker headers with hooker y-pipe and loud mouth back! I called thunder racing and they are telling me to degree the cam but you can't degree a cam with hydraulic lifters so I am stuck but if someone has done it in the car if you could let me know how that would be awesome!
