Default Heads, 224 cam, 90/90, EWP, SS3600 dyno

I've been an avid LS1tech user for years now but I never make any posts. Now is a good time since I finally got my car tuned with the parts in my sig. The car runs amazing but I was mildly happy about the dyno #'s. I did a search and thought that my dyno #'s were either average or a little low for H/C/I, esp. with a 90/90 and an EWP. Not too sure though.

Can you post the graph? I bet you have excellent average power across the rpm range.

Nice power. Glad to see some torque numbers in the high 300s. Seem like too many people are trying for these big peak numbers only to have pathetic torque numbers. Yours looks like good area under the curve. Just what you need with an automatic.

Hey thanks for all the replies. Like I said, the car does run pretty good. The only problem is that I can barely pedal it in 1st now. Tryin not to put a real tire on the car till I put a 12 bolt in it. But even with a DR on the stock rear I think it would live a while because its an auto.

Since you have an auto, the 10 bolt rear will last longer than you think, especially with 3.23s. I'd get sticky tires and try for some low 11s.

I was dissappointed as well with my dyno numbers but very pleased with how the car runs. Don't let dyno numbers fool you. It's what the car does at the track. An M6 car would dyno alot higher numbers with the same equipment you have but you'd probably win in the quarter mile. Some LTs and Mickey Thompson DRs, you'd be very competitive. The 224 cam is a great intermediate cam. Wish I'd gone a little more aggressive but my car has other issues.

Hey bandit, I'm glad to have helped someone. I'm real interested in what you'll put down on the rollers. I think you'll make a little more than I did since you have and o/r y instead of my cats, ported LS6's instead of my ported LS1's, and L/T's instead of my Mac's. Keep us all posted.

I will for sure i am really excited to see what it does. I haven't really got to get on it I just finished the header and Y install last night and the y is hitting my panbar so I am not going to drive it hard till thats fixed tomarrow morning but it sounds great feels good and seems to rev faster even when just cruising.
