Pretty damn impressive.

1320FEVER Feb 20, 2007 08:49 PM

What all was done differently from the previous setup to get these results?

Great numbers btw..

camarokid94 Feb 20, 2007 08:52 PM

nice job hope mine gets close to that

BOTTLEFEDLS1Z Feb 20, 2007 08:53 PM

Another Erik Koenig motor making some power. He is the man :hail:

Mike TexaSS Feb 20, 2007 08:54 PM

A little porting on the heads and intake, Morel lifters and a little more duration in the cam.

Patrick G Feb 20, 2007 10:11 PM

Erik knows how to build a great motor, Greg Good knows how to find hidden airflow and G-Force knows how to put together a winning combination. Well done. :hail:

Looks like you maxed out thhat fast 90 with the hp going flat @ 5500 RPM. Thats a 250@.05" cam for crying out.

However, I have to add this.

The HP numbers are greater than the L76/L92 combinations are doing with a stick shift.

1320FEVER Feb 20, 2007 10:58 PM

Is that the same torque converter that was used in the previous dyno run? Or is that new also?

dug Feb 20, 2007 11:11 PM

whats it like driving it? Any traction?

pdd Feb 20, 2007 11:46 PM

WOW-NICE

Thats what I thought as well.
killer power though.

SideStep Feb 21, 2007 06:36 AM

Nice... what correction was used on this graph, SAE, STD, uncorrected???

Big-DEN Feb 21, 2007 07:53 AM

Its about right.

That 520rwhp@5500 is about 585rwhp@5500 on a stick, we dont really see fast90 doing 650rwhp at all and barely any over 600rwhp.

Think thats where this one peters out.

Still awesome numbers.

Thanks for posting the dyno sheet mike. She is awsome to drive. Smokes the tires at anytime. From a dig the 315`s can`t do anything. From a 40 roll, after turning the car sideways I have to let out to get her to hook. I punch it at 70 and she will put you back in the seat like crazy! I1, saving for a custom beck intake next year. That my next project. I do feel the fast is running out. These heads flow awsome! the converter is the same from the motor before. But what is crazy! I haven`t even put the spray on yet!!! She is going to fly! I want 9`s!!!

383ss Feb 21, 2007 08:51 AM

damn, very nice numbers for an auto! especially with the fast choking it out!

ATVracr Feb 21, 2007 10:56 AM

The Vic. is isnt bad at all down low. With a 408 and some spray you need to loose some down low :) (Anti wheelie stuff is good)

I'm going from a fast 90 to a sheetmetal on my 370 with ET heads on it.

So I may be able to give you some insight on what it would do. My car should be ready to dyno in 2 weeks.

eric01ss Feb 21, 2007 11:51 AM

very nice and who built the trans and how is the tranny holding up?

True, but I have seen 2 520 rwhp L92 combos. Cam on one of them was 14 degrees smaller on the intake. Throw a similiar grind in it and you are looking at least 550 at the wheels. Pretty comparable in my book.

Not to take anything away from this combo at all, it is a great job all the way around, I know the customer is stoked!!
