Dyno #s: CheaTR w/Stock Manifolds

Well, after almost two years of the cam in the car, I got it tuned. CheaTR cam from TR, very impressed. So was Rick at Synergy.

340.1hp @ 5767rpm, 340.6tq @4790rpm... Through stock manifolds and cats!!!

Set-up is almost literally, cam only. Supporting mods: lid, FTRA, Borla cat-back, asp pulley.

Car also got a new fuel pump, 160 thermo, rebuilt T-56, oh, and 3.73s!

At the end of the summer i'll be throwing on QTPs, catted-y, LS6 intake, p/p TB, and will re-tune. But im very happy with the current results on my DD. :)

Nice numbers. It would be interesting to see what that cam would do with a full on exhaust system and a good set of heads. I bet a lot of people would be surprised.

We'll find out how the cam will do with full exhaust in a couple months  I was a little suprised that i'd see that much gain with stock manifolds, to be honest. Right now my biggest worry isnt the hp numbers, it's breaking in the gears!

Good numbers! once u get the LT's on you will see some good numbers for sure.

soon as you do get LT's you will have to replace that cam... as it likes those stock mani's :)

Are there many people running LTs with this cam??? My thinking was that with suck a large reverse split in favor of the exhaust (215 intake to 232 exhaust), a pair of LTs would put down some nice numbers for a cam-only daily driver... Anyone care to comment, and/or educate the noOb if I'm mistaken in my thought process??
