at 15% drivetrain loss which is on the low side, 577.3, and at 20% dt loss its at 602.4....so anywhere in between there is possible. I would say probably in the 585 area.

what kind of car with what kind of setup (motor) and what kind of tranny.

its a 2006 c6 z06 with katech cam , kooks headrs , tune , k&n intake , x pipe , manual tranny for sure

Here is the problem with doing this math backwards...
502 + 15% may well be 577, but 15% of 577 is 86.5, so 577 - 86.5=490, so that is not correct....see the problem?

You have to reverse the math to make it work....but again, we're guessing at a number that dont mean sheit!

Yea i see the problem the guy at the dyno told me its about 595-600 hp

If you made 502rwhp with Cam,boltons C6 ZO6 then something is wrong for sure.

Beacuse Boltons ZO6 can make these numbers.
Lankhoss ZO6 Made 501rwhp with Kooks headers, X-pipe, Intake and tune.

A friend of mine made 490rwhp with Headers , Intake and tune.

so with the cam i should get like 530-550 ? cause some told me i can re-tune ur car and get easily 550 rwhp but its not good for daily use and not safe also so this is the safest 502

Thats right cammed ZO6 SHould be 530rwhp or more I have another firend with TR Cam Full exahust intake and tuned very very safe made 535rwhp
and 510rwtq with an aggresive tune and more timing the tuner said he can get it close to 550rwhp.

How much TQ Did you make???

Good luck man and 502rwhp in ZO6 is very fast but I'm just trying to say you can get better than that.

yea i knw man they told me if you want to drive your car as daily driver and enjoy it this is the best tuning for it but we can tune it up 550rwhp but it wont be as a daily driver mostly as a weekend car + the weather is so hot here it effected the result of the dyno as they said so i am really happy with my car, dont really remember how many TQ it did i will check the dyno sheet and where are your from ur so close to me

Its easy. 600fwhp

600 x 0.15 (correction factor) = 90
600 - 90 = 510rwhp

So you should be right around 600hp but I would still think either that dyno was a bit greedy or the tune is just WAY soft.

if you have 502 rwhp then you have 502 rwhp, fly wheel hp means nothing and those percentages just about go out the window on the C6Z.

Agreed, but its still a guage. We know its very close to 600 not 700 or 800.
