How much are you guys making with your solid roller 408's???

im thinking of doing a solid roller 408 this winter for a heads up class they are running up here.. im just wondering how much power everyone is making and what kind of track times you are running as well. i plan on putting a big shot on it as well....dont have time to spend hours on the search function!!

It all depends on your budget and how long you want it to last and the rules. You can't do a true NA hp engine and put a big shot on that but you can do a decent engine.

Can put somethign together thatwould go near high 9s geared and converter for motor, and go mid to high 8s with gas and gear/converter change, hell you can do that with hyd stuffs if your careful and the car is right

Have to call it though, what your really trying to do

Then a nitrous motor your building  Dont need a solid to do it unless thats what you want. Might want to consider a glide in 1/8 car

im gonna stick with the turbo 400 to make it a little bit streetable...the motor will be an almost all out race engine with a huge shot....if i can i run better than that, even better
