351 heads only get 5.0's like 10-15 hp compaired to good heads like trick flow which net like 30. My friend had a 93 procharged that was faster than a heads cam and was as fast as my bolt on z28 vert

A little tough to understand, but I read it as a 351 w/ heads and a cam. A 351 cubic inch motor w/ heads and a cam get you more than 15 hp 
Now a 302 is a different story. Then again, I never underestimate a foxbody.

Sounds like this Fox body owner is a "good ol boy" that listens to some old school windsor guys. I got a friend like this and he cant ever figure out why I'm always faster. There is no way you will lose to him. I bet his car wont run mid 13's.
If it is infact a 351 then its a stock shortblock 351 which will limit it. So it will still be slow, just heavier than if it has a 302. Now if he knows how to build a motor......watch out.
Us 5.0 guys can ruin your day sometimes.
