I say thats a very very happy Dyno. I had a larger cam with ported stock heads and made about 420 to the wheels. Hes also go a 8.8 rear which is gonna take up a little bit more power..

That is a huge cam for a stock displacement LS1, I can definitely see where the power is coming from. The 4.10 gear is really helping his E.T., probably about .5 second difference from a stock 3.42.

Totally believable. 3800lbs with 120mph traps pretty much validate it. My buddy "Demon 383" on here '99 FRC put down 430whp with the Vindicator cam-only, so i'd imagine 440 would be a realistic 'high' number for a solid rear car. These example are surely best case scenario's though and definitely not what you would see on an average basis.

the car your referring to is a guy named mike hes from pa i used to talk to him once in a while those numbers are real he had a cam close to mine, i think he had the vindicator from vengeance
ill say it again like in the cobra vs ls1 thread..... ive made as low as 440rwhp and as high as 456rwhp on 3 different dynos and IM CAM ONLY.. theres a bunch of us that are in that power range 420+ and running low 11s and 10s
my cam size is 245/250 .611/.615 110+1
