Numbers are awfully low after tune...what's the deal??

Numbers are awfully low after tune...what's the deal?? I just recently rebuilt my motor (LS1) and I sent it to Kaltech in Long Island to get tuned. After tuning it on the dyno Brian told me it only put down 385 rwhp. Here is a list of my modifications and let me know if you also think that number is way too low. I don't know what kind of dyno he has or how good his tunes are but if anyone else had their car there tell me what you think:

- TSP 233/239 Cam
- TSP True Dual Exhaust w/ Dynomax Bullet mufflers
- Pacesetter Long Tube Headers
