Default Realistic HP?

In the next few weeks i will putting on stage 1 243 heads and a ported and polished stock TB with epoxy mod onto my 02 LS1. It already has longtubes, X pipe true duals with moroso mufflers, SLP lid, and LS6 intake obviously. How much horsepower should I have after the heads and TB installed? What about if I added on a Fast 90 intake and 90 TB? Looking for 400 at the wheels... btw I have a stock LS1 cam.

Auto or manual,

6 speed- 370 with the heads, 390 with heads and FAST
IMO your really throwing money away leaving the stock LS1 cam in there.

i would at least drop in an ls6 cam when youre doing all that, will still be reliable and perfectly drivable and will def put you well over the 400 mark

If your worried about shaking dont poly motor mounts and a large cam mine doesnt shake hardly at all. Its all the motor and suspension. I have a 233/239 112lsa cam which is big and is very comfortable to drive.
