Which would be the better way to go on this - Forged 383 with twin turbos or 402 with single turbo? Need to be easy to drive on the street for it would be a weekend car w/strip passes once in a while.

I made 600/603 with a forged 347, 8.5:1, 4L80e twin turbo setup. Out of the 2 options you listed, 402 with a single tubro hands down! The 402 will make plenty of power when your out of boost. A single turbo will get you the power you want with 1/2 the clutter.
