Question 383 LM7 Stroker Output/ET???

After taking a ride in my buddy's Goat which has new cam & converter I recieved a greater understanding of what a 300+ cid engine is capable of.

My questions are with the following combo:

5.3L bored/clearenced on the bottom end(to be done by a pro) to accept a Lunati 383 12.2:1 rotating assembly(part number EA036-383)
ie: Forged 3.903 bore pistons (5CC dome), forged 4 inch crank, 6.125 forged rods

Trick Flow 215 heads Pro-Ported(shaved to raise CR from 12.2:1 to 12.5 or 12.7:1)

Lunati Cam/Part #:60515, Hyd roller:287/293 advertised duration,.600/.600 lift LSA/ICL 113/109

Edelbrock Victor Jr Carb'd intake with 4 Barrel TB & plumbed for injectors

Assuming E85 fuel(70/30 or 80/20 Pump to Rocket Brand 112 octane E-85), a TH-400 tranny, S-60 4.30 gear, either M/T ET Streets 31X16.5X15 or Hoosier Quick Time Pros 31X18.5X15 assuming 3400-3600 LB Street/Strip Cruiser('84-'88 Monte Carlo SS or '82-'92 Camaro Z) power steering,brakes,functional A/C,etc.

I) Is output at the Flywheel of 560-630 HP/520-600 LB/FT of TQ probable?

II)Is it probable that the car would ET around 10.20-9.80 N/A?

III) Any problem areas in this combo?

IV) Any positive helpful,constructive,suggestions?

Thank You in advance for your time & knowledge.

yea
get a real LS1 block and save about 80lbs. or get a 6.0 and do all the above mods with significantly more ci and bore breathing capabilities.
its gonna be easy about 200-300+$ to bore/hone the cylilnders .120 with a deck plate. thats alot of metal to remove. when a it wouldnt take as much machine work to hone out a ls1 or a 6.0. even out to .030 on a 6.0 it would be less machine work and machine labor/cost.
apply that cash saved to a ls1 or 6.0 block.
or just build the 5.3 with stock crank. can go up .060 over with off the shelf replacement pistons. some cnc 243s, cam and make some good hp
