Expected gains from this H/C combo?
 

The car is a 98 T/A A4 with 206k original miles. It made 347/368 with bolt ons. (Before the U.P. was installed.)

Current mods are:

Fast toys 98mm lid
Fast toys ram air
85mm MAF sensor
Warr Perf. 102 TB
FAST 102 intake
1 3/4 TSP longtubes
S.E. over the axle true duals
Powerbond underdrive pulley
3.42 gears with a Yank 3400

I'm planning on hitting 11's with FBOs and about 300lbs of weight reduction, then adding the cam and heads. Heads are PRC 2.5 5.3. The cam is a TSP 226/230 600/600 112 LSA. So what kind of gains do you think I'll see after the H/C swap?
