Help with anniversary ideas...
I am NOT a sensitive, romantic kind of guy so I need you guys to put your heads together and help me out. My second year anniversary is approaching (November 25) and I need ideas of what to do. This one has to be GREAT. I missed our first due to deployment (by twenty ******* days) and next year I will be on deployment yet again! Please give your serious thoughts into this. It means alot to her, although she doesn't show it.
If you can think of any retreats, bed and breakfasts or etc around my way please chime in. Here is my other thread on another forum.

Thanks in advance
Jared

Why dont you take a few days off and go to the pocono's. Its very nice in the fall with the trails and the leaves changing colors. Not to expensive. I work at the borgata in atlantic city, and we have a new hotel tower that was just built. The tower is very upscale, but would be very romantic. Not sure what your budget would be , but that would be on the high end. Its called the water club. Wish i could come up with a place closer to you , but i dont know the area. good luck

A nice limmo picks you up from your house, you go to a nice fancy place on the water and get a nice dinner, the limmo has a nice bottle of wine (or in my case beer) you go there buy her a nice gift, ring, neckless, or something, or a pocketbook from stupid coach or some over priced place.
you give her that in the limmo then have the limmo drive you around for a little while sight seeing and head home for some good old sexy time.

i think wat noyzee said is pretty good but if i were u id make it an all day thing start little lik make her breakfast and hav some nice flowers waiting for her wit the breakfast then for lunch go somewhere quiet and nice and just hav a small picnic and sit and talk about all the sensative stuff. then at night u hav that limo pick u up take u to a real nice dinner and desert then take that limo to a nice B&B and hav ur fun (but i wouldnt get all wild and **** i no my girl in this case would rather nice soft "love making" instead of sex) that sounds good to me and they do always love jewelry

Fixed it for you! My wife isn't into jewlery. She is a ***** for kitchen gadgets however. Buying gifts wasn't really anything romantic in my opinion. If that is the case I should buy her a set of LT's, LS6 intake, and a tune and tell her it will bring us closer in time

You guys are idiots. After this is all said and done I'm going to let her read this for a great laugh. I can count on my hands the amount of times "love making" was done. Maybe I got an old ball one, but she was never into mushy stuff.
The SC trip, limo idea, and bed and breakfast are all great ideas. This has to be done on the weekend due to both our schedules. I am leaning towards the latter so far.

i say +1 to the car parts. or at least its the kind of girl i am. yeah, jewelry is nice. i got a nice ring last christmas its beautiful but this christmas car parts lol. and he gets a thousand dollar cam. well, all of this if things get back on track like i hope... i think car parts would be fun. you guys could work on it together and really enjoy it. then make her her favorite meal for dinner and make it all romantic like if she likes that. i feel like some stuff is so cliche'. make it personal like something only you could do or think of like you spent the time to really think.
