Default LMAO good luck on monday bad luck on tuesday

Well the week started out great, i got a call that i won $$ in a football pool i forgot i was in

then this morning driving into work this woman T-Bones my beater car she was like "oh i didnt even look"

and i know im gonna get screwed by her insurance cus the car is old and not worth anything going by blue book value...

looks like i will have to go jump start the WS-6 and im now kicking myself for selling the 16in wheels and tires cus drag radials aint gonna cut it in the snow

or maybe i will just go buy a truck

$$ is alwyas a good thing but getting in an acident blows for sure. i got 17 inch zr1s with tires for 300$ if want em lol

we will see what her insurance says tomorrow, im not to hopefull though im sure they will want to total it, maybe the buy back will be cheap

If it was her fault shouldn't her insurance hook you up with a rental?

Drag radials would be pretty scary in the snow, I was told they should not even be exposed to cold temperatures, much less driven in them, since the rubber used on them can crack.

Don't lose sleep over it, mine were outside for half the winter, stuck in ice for a few weeks, and no cracks. But I would bring them inside when you get a chance. I think the important thing is that you not try to move the car when the tires are cold.

UPDATE....

the insurance guy was here and he is gonna total the car which i expected, they are going to give me $1600.00 for the car
not bad for buying it 3 years ago for $450

but now what do i do? go buy something else or take a chance and hope it doesnt snow the rest of the winter and drive the trans am

If not that, I can tell ya where there's a couple nice trucks too.

^^For what it is worth, I have had really good luck with 97-03 grand prix gtps....they run forever and you cant kill them. They move too...240hp 280tq but they get good mpg when you arent laying on the throttle. Plenty of options heated seats, HUD, good in the snow with tcs and all for a reasonable price...just a thought..
