Thumbs up need someone to tune up my 95 Formula in northwest Ct on a budget

here it is:
some of you know me, but I am part disabled so can't spin wrenches.
I have over 30 years time building 100's of cars, so I do know a little - just can't do the physical part.
I just got this car but I feel it needs a basic tune up.
It was a good build and tuned by Ed Wright awhile ago.
It runs pretty good overall. It has trouble cranking hot - weak starter I'm quite sure. It is an old stock one.
It has headers but really I want to try new plugs first.
Then the MSD box IS WIRED LIKE CRAP - Please someone do this again right.
It runs with it, but bad crimps, different colored wires, not routed right and the box isn't bolted to anything - HELP!
If that doesn't make it scream 100% we'll maybe go after the opti/plug wires.
Please contact me by pm if you can perform LT1 plugs and opti changes pretty easily based on your experience. Not for everyone, I know.
If you have modifiction talent - even better!
I'm easy to deal with and have a sound business ethic.
I just need an LT1 guy - my friends all are old school and these cars are too new, no experience with them.

I can pay flat rate, by the hour and offer ebay services, car/parts searching or parts to trade.
I have a pair of use Koni DA front struts with WS6 springs mounted and rear Bilstein revalves to offer right now.

Please contact by pm if you are up for the plug job to start and estimate the rest after we drive the car.
I will travel 1 hour each way max so we have wrench time and not too far If the car must be left due to unfinished work - we'll plan ahead.
You can bring tools to my house too, if that helps. I have a compressor and some stuff, but not much metric. At least the car is safe in my garage and you can leave it behind at the end of day

Northwest LT1 gearheads that are good at these cars- help a brother out
Thanks!

Tuneup,LT1 and budget can't be used in the same sentence.

Awwww, Don - don't pick on the gimp.
You know if you were closer...
"no tuneup will ever make my LT1 run right - so I need an LS1 by Slowhawk in my budget"

never say can't.

Hey,

whats it doing?

The plugs are NGK so autolites would be good.

you have anyone that has Lt1 edit to scan for any codes?

How is it running? good low end sluggish top end? slugish everywhere? FYI it should pull like hell till 6400 with no hesitation.

The MSD just unplugs that is a kit from MSD. just unplug the MSD unit and plug right back into the coil.

IIRC he sold the car and is out of the game for awhile. i was gonna give him a hand but our schedules kept getting in the way.
