I need to find a place in VA to get my car diagnosed I need to find a place in Northern VA where I can get a signed/notarized paper that shows my car's speedometer and HUD are displaying an incorrect MPH.
Does anyone know of such place?

Has anyone heard anything good about EB3? Every time I go by there is seems like they only work on old carbureted cars. Was there for a dyno day with some of the GTO guys right after they got their dyno and wasn't impressed.
