Not a good night.... 1st run I had my tensioner pulley puke on me and it took 1 rib on the belt with it. WTF I'm sticking with autocross I think. I was lucky enough to baby it home 100 miles or so. 6 speeds make that pretty easy at least. Time to get a metal pulley...
I saw your SS up there. Looked pretty sweet.

Was a good night for me, Had not dragraced for 2 yrs and equaled my best time ever. The track prep was off and it was cold so the stang with me had major traction issues and ran a best of 13.8 at 110. So I was happy with a 12.5 at 115 and it got me a free dinner for beating him. I was kind of pissed at the guy in the built white dodge ram pickup. Yea he was running 10's but he was pukeing **** on the track every run, and they never called him on it. he was follows by the guy in the yellow c5 z06 and the Z hit something at mid track and got real loose. The guy in th Z saved it and then drove right out the exit, prob to get some clean underwear.
I was hopeing for better, but my N2O system was not working, something electrical. But 12.5 and the fact that a good drag drive could prob get the car in the 11's I was happy with seeing that the car is built as a dedicated autox car, and was the SCCA CP class champ this year.

I watched some of the races from the stands and saw the yellow Z06 slipping quite a bit and figured he had street tires on. Not exactly the safest way to run there.
I didn't notice the Dodge leaking fluids but I figured the diesel smoke wasn't helping anything.
Glad to hear you matched your best. I was hoping to get the boot and go home happy....
