I can tell you one thing, if it had anything to do with looking/analyzing another shops tune he probably wont answer you.

Pm'ing about heads and looking for answers would warrent a phone call instead. Plus I was on vaca. last week.

Calling the shop is always the best. Answers alot of questions a hell of alot quicker than e-mails ect.

As said, If I don't answer,leave a message. I try to call everyone back the same day.

Never an issue here but im sure theres times hes really busy. IDK how they take care of half the work up there in so little time with all those cars. When I was up there it looked like a parking garage for f bodies :jest:

don tuned my car and hes the man!! wouldnt go anywhere else! very smart and took his time! im running my 3rd season on 9lbs of boost on a stock 98 ls1! couldnt be happier!

If he was sitting in front of him computer all day answering PMs that would just mean he's not out there working on the cars...so just shows the man is busy doing his thing (or on vacation).

Unless the place has a dedicated assistant that just answers inquiries all day I'd be more concerned with my tuner/builder being on the computer all day answering questions rather than working on the cars. Could mean he's lazy or could mean there's no business whatsoever...either way it's not good.

don is a man of many trades. hes his own assistant, secretary, employee, and employer. not to mention his other full time job!

guy is a workaholic i wish i had even half his motivation!
