Default Shop in Northern/Central Jersey to do swaps?

Hey guys, I need a shop to do a swap from my old camaro to my new one, I have an ls3,t56 and moser 9" in my old one and the new one Im going to use has a umi k member and was set up for an ls7,t56, and 9" previously. From what I hear its a pretty easy swap, just need a shop locally to do it and do it RIGHT! does anyone have an estimate of how much I would be paying??? A buddy of mine who used to work at ttp said less than 1,000 and that is VERY easy on a lift. I need some help! thanks

a swap like that in my shop would be around 2000$ man, a lift makes it easier but it still is a few days of work. a guy doing it as side work may be doing it for less- but i cant see somone with a legitament buisness being able to do a rear, engine, trans swap for under 2K especially if your looking to get it done right

I agree. I would charge around 2500 to do that.

Feel free to give me a call if you are interested.

theres a reason TTP would of charged you a grand.... months later your car still would be in peices and when/if it ever got back together.. guarenteed it would be right

theres a saying...

good things arent cheap and cheap things arent good.....

If location is important check out Sick Speed Performance just over the NYstate border, East Coast Supercharging in Cream Ridge, NJ, or JS Performance in Hulmeville PA.

If you're willing to go further I've heard great things about RPM as well.

But none of these places would only charge a grand though, that's nuts.
