Testing the waters: FS 408 cu in ls1
As the titles reads, just wanna see if I can get some interest in an engine I'm haveing built. I have changed my mind about going with the LS in my fox Mustang. I bought the engine from a friend. Tore it down to freshin it up and found a rod bearing deformed from detonation. I have the engine at a friend shop being built. Heres a link to his web site. http://fletchermade.com/
It is a 6.0l truck block. It has a Lunati stoker kit. The block has been o-ring. Rods have been resized. Everything has been check. Also have L92 head to go with it. The pistons have been changed to CP's to clear the valve. I can get you cam spec. Has new Gm cts-v racing lifter. Has the Gm muscle car oil pan. Also have the head gaskets to go with it. I may install the heads after the engine is complete. Hopeing to have it done in a week or 2. Asking $5,500 for everything. Would like it picked up, don't wanna crate it up. Thanks.
