Just wanted to say hi on here ... Just got into a 2002 TransAm few weeks back was in my fathers Garage for years he was the first owner now its my new Toy

MODs to come ... definitely want some Power Gains
So Far has SLP FloPACK , Diablo Tune, Flowmaster 40 Muffler an New Tips
C7 Vett Wheels and new Tires 275 all around , New Breaks Hawk Pads

Also think i wanna do some basic Suspension work its still stock an feels kinda Mushy

Figured this was a good Spot to post meet some people near by an gain some knowledge .. Also good to know people that know people when i wanna start to get some work done i wanna be able to trust the Shop and not get ripped off ha

I live in the Bronx , spend a lot of time on Long Island and Upstate NY mostly bear mountain side

So the Diablo Tuner came Free with the Car , I was thinking about replacing with a Frost tune do you guys think it would be a huge noticeable difference or save the money for some other MOD ... I can't decide

i'm not familiar with frost tune but i would only get custom tune from sponsors that have a dyno and will also street tune. PM and i can make a recommendation but there are some great sponsors here.

Where about near Bear Mountain? I assume you mean east of the Hudson when you say Bear Mtn side? I'm in Yorktown, not a very long way from the Bronx.

Yeah, they are older now so the number you're gonna see is dwindling. I still see plenty of newer Camaro's around.

haven't seen to many around here but on Long Island i see a lot more new Camaro's .. I was almost the owner of a Charger Scat Pack until my dad gave me the TransAm lol Free was better then 42K an i don't really miss back seats makes a great excuse to not drive people around
