Default update on rollbar/cage for ttops/verts

Has anyone heard the latest on rollbars/rollcages needed for ttops and verts. at IHRA tracks like NED. The last thing I heard was a cage was mandatory for 11.49 or faster...ouch. Please tell me they rethought this.
Thanks
Brent

t-tops rule completely eliminated. They dropped it for 11.00-11.49 a few months ago...they just made a rulebook change for 10.00-10.99 cars

1/21/05
p. 97 RollCage/ Roll Bar: Delete the 4 th sentence of the section stating, “T-top vehicles follow convertible guidelines.”

t-tops are treated as hardtops. as long as firewall and floorpan are unmodified, you can run a rollbar as fast as 10.00000000
