Opens at 10, but how long do they run it for?

Man, I don't know what's going on with Lebanon these days. Saturday T&T's used to go 10am-5pm. Wed street nights 5:30pm-9:30.

Then again our rental was supposed to start running at 10am, and the first car didn't go til about 10:45.
