i was thinking about tradeing my girls 03 cav for one, but they offered me 13k in trade for it, its got like 10k miles if that, its the super delux one with the ground FX's, and chrome 10 spokes, loaded, sunroof, the hole 9, and its in perfect shape (those who know me, know its mint) so 13 wouldnt cut it, maybe 15-16 and it would go in trade, but oh well. maybe next year.

My brother has the regular Cobalt and it's a nice car but there are so many little quirks with it. I think it's the first year bugs but my brother had to get a lawyer and bring GM to court so they would take the car back. He didn't mind the little stupid things because there will always be a recall for that stuff but the car would pull to the left and they couldn't fix it. The car was in the shop 3 times and each time for at least a week, the front end was re-built so many times and they finally just said "it's within normal operating specs". GM is buying the car back now and my brother is going out to get a Subaru now.
My family ALWAYS bought Chevy but my Dad's vechile not too long ago was eating trannies and starters, his next vechile had tons of steering problems that took forever too fix and now the fuel system keeps acting up. The latest issue is with the stupid Cobalt, it has all these quirks and then the steering acts up. You can only be a loyal customer so long. Either GM quality control blows or we keep getting crappy cars...I'm thinking the first.

Ford service is no better! I'll bet there have been more scratches put on, and burn outs down in my truck by ford service than by myself! Come to think of it I have never scratched it, so tht makes it about 15-0 Ford.
