Tuning- it's actually fun!

I had some audible pinging.. so I worked on the timing tables and test drove it.

I'm happy to say that it's 99.9% gone now.. if you have some time to learn, get HP Tuners or LS1-Edit. Most of you are computer geeks, anyway.

My next purchase will be a Wideband 02 sensor to monitor A/F.. and then tune the A/F to where I want it exactly.

efilive is the one to go with as you can install the WB into the scaning and read it with the other fuctions on the same screan and at the same time.

My scanning software (SCT) allows the same.. up to 2 analog devices can be read.

HPTunners is great. It has a interface to work with a wideband. All this tuning shit aint cheap though. For the latest HPtunners with wide band interface and LM-1 wide band I have 1G invested in tunner software. HPT has free software upgrades for life :eek2: since I got mine there has been 2 upgrades and they are always working to make it better

from what I've read I'd buy EFI live but I"m no expert.
