Oct 1st - Last EFA 4th gen Shootout
http://www.easternfbody.com/easternf...fashootout.htm
this is the last of 05 and all other events will be based on this turnout. The 4th gen scene seems to be dieing down, so if you can, please try to atleast come out and watch. Its only 30bucks to race! Payouts arent huge, but the rules are simple and fun! Payout info is in the link above but for most classes its 150-250bucks. Im editing those daily as I get them. East Side(lead sponsor), Tbyrne, Texas Speed, Fbody Central, B&L Racing, Shiz ported TB's, and Red dragon racing are all helping sponsor.
All classes are heads up.. the fav's are pure street LS1/LT1(SI classes) and the mod LS1 class(H/C under 360ci cars). We need cars to see how much interest is still out there in these events, so regardless of if you have a 14sec car or a 9sec ride, it doesnt matter. Come race and support a good cause if you can.
If you have any questions, please email me at hdelano@rivnet.net. But everything should be answered in the link uptop. Please look it over and im sure everyone will find the rules easy to go by(no weight limits and etc etc)
Thanks and we hope to see everyone on Oct 1st!

guys, we try to keep our rules simple and open to all to have fun. But yes, pure street are the SI classes like the old days. Usually those are the classes we have the biggest turnouts. As long as you have carpet and dont look like a TIN CAN for most classes we dont have a weight break.
Now for next year... we are discussing those rules now So there will probably be some classes added and other rule changes
George, if ya'll can make it down then that would be great. We just want to get a idea for turnout on the 06 events.

San Antonio is a long *** haul, thats a day plus of straight non-stop driving. I'm gonna have to think long and hard about it.
I'm an independant racer with no backing, the financial aspect of it would be a big hit on my wallet for sure !
On the brite side though I have a brother that lives there, so it's not out of the question that I might go.

payouts are going up a little.. 1st for SI LS1 is now 300bucks so not a bad lil prize for 30bucks to race all day!
if its any GTO and vette owners present, try to come on down. We would like to see how many of ya'll are interested in racing with us for next year

The board is having some DNS issues I think, anyone that wants to know how to get in, PM me, or message me on AIM (DamagedFormula).
HD, if you don't want anyone on, tell me and I won't tell anyone how to get in.

I cant even get online LMAO.. so u are doing better than me
but yes the board is having DNS or some type of issues. The shootout is still on and WEATHER looks awesome for once! Should be mid 70's all day and sunny hopefully so we hope to see everyone there.
Talked to Royce(MIR's owner) and we should have plenty time between rounds for cooldown and TNT passes.
When everyone gets there, please park behind the bleachers as always. Go straight to tech in so you can get some TNT passes in(should be 40mins of open session atleast). Then classes will be called up for 2 qualifying runs. In between open session will run for those that just want TNT passes.
