Default Flowbench #'s from my home port job

Started with a set of SLP CnC'd 241 castings...

Stock vs Ported Int. in CFM

.100 - 71 - 93
.200 - 121 - 147
.300 - 207 - 212
.400 - 238 - 246
.500 - 269 - 270
.600 - 280 - 283
.650 - 282 - 286

Stock vs Ported Exh. in CFM

.100 - 36 - 38
.200 - 74 - 110
.300 - 114 - 151
.400 - 149 - 195
.500 - 160 - 216
.600 - 168 - 226
.650 - 175 - 230

On the intake side I just blended the CNC marks and opened up the bowls to match the valve seat. On the exhaust side, I "D" shaped the ports and opened the bowls to the valve seats as well.

All done at 28" of water and with about 1" of modeling clay to simulate some intake runner.

Thanks Keith, I spent this entire week-end polishing my crank ... Literally. Final assembly begins today.
