Not true. The new owner is from Norwich. He previously owned a '00 SS vert. He's just having some "warranty" ?? work done on it there. It's going to be driven mostly by his wife, and should have the stock converter and tune back in it by now. He has spoken to me on the phone a few times regarding the car--it still has less than 7k miles on it, but it is apparent that he's not too familiar w/these cars and Champagne has already steered him in the wrong direction a couple of times regarding small issues, according to him. Sorry, but IMO, a dealer will jerk you around 99.9% of the time regarding high performance car issues. It's all about them making $$...period. WJ
