Nothing to complain about there.. the blower will probably come close to doubling that when it's all said and done if the setup is pushed.

Congrats!

If we ran 11-1 compression it would easilly go over 500hp with killer midrange.

Holy ****, I thought that was coming from a 408 like purevils...I can only imagine how that is going to respond to some boost.

For a pickup truck, no... for a sports car, yes.

BTW, your looking at the tq curve, i am talking about the hp curve...I just expected it to be in the 6000-6500rpm range that alot of lsx guys run. My question was did you pick this rpm range on purpose... all though I suspect you wouldnt admit it if you didnt

Absolutely,You don't want a FI car peaking 6200-6500rpm unless you plan on spinning it to 8000rpm.

Thats what jumped out at me. Don built the setup exactly the way we wanted it. Big low and mid range tourqe. Looking at the old N/A grapgh I gained 100 ft Lbs from 4000 up. Thats what gets you to the high end HP numbers.
Yep, Keith it's going to take some seat time to get used to it, thats for sure. Just like LVD steph.

I am used to seeing ~6500rpm peak hp, but Don brings up a good point that it will be FI, no need to spin it high for a non track car.
