need some help, engine hoist near philly, or help with enigine removal My car was totatled last week when a tree decided to fall on me 
anyway, i am parting out the car. I may have a buyer for the engine and tranny, but i have no way of taking it out. I don't want to pay $500.00 for an engine hoist to only use it once.
So does anyone have one that I could rent for a few days? Or hell if someone is local and looking for a 23k mile ls1 engine let me know

it is 6 speed. Engine is in perfect shape. From the rad support forward though is different story. Straight frame, and needs a rear quarter panel. Pefect for an all out drag race car.

I want to buy one, but I don't have the storage space for it right now. I live in a town home in malvern with no garage, so i am using my moms garage now (in norristown) and i have both of my motorcycles in there. SO i dont think she would be too happy with an engine hoist in there.

the tires are pretty beat up, only a few thousand miles left on them. The rims have a few scratches. I will get some pics, and you tell me what you want to spend

Yea, the body shop guy was intrested in it for a drag car. The frame is straight, and it only needs body panels......which for a race car you would be replacing them anyway
