What are you talking about? It took us 4 days with the dyno tune when we did not have the dynojet on-site. Ask any of my current customers that come in for headers on f-bodies they roll out the same day with a full tune. We were a lot slower back then because we did not have the dynojet on-site. You have been a thorn in our side for years now TNT, I don't really see what the problem is and you have never made clear as to what your problem is.

so heres my problem MATT... in case you forgot....you charged me $550.00 for a "FULL" tune which turned out to be nothing more than a WOT tune and in turn LOCKED my pcm!! the tune was absolute crap and you refused to give me my money back b/c i questioned about it on the boards. not to mention, accused me of leaving 1 of my own plugs loose and O2 wires laying on the header which eventually burned through.

at that time i was fresh into the world of modifying these cars and didnt know much but i thank you very much for opening my eyes to the shiesty end of your business. it pisses me off when i see you posting something about fixing something that another shop "broke" when ive personally delt with a few of your customer who've had nothing but problems and whitnessed what they were and the corrections that needed to be done.

i dont know how you can say ive been a thorn in your side when untill today i have never said anything about this. yet you still have my money!!

im tired of seein people have to walk on egg shells just to "protect" a sponsor. negative sponsor feedback should be as free as positive feedback. afterall...these people are takin unsuspecting customer's hard earned money and alot of them dont know what they are in for.

there are a ton of reputable eastern section sponsors who ive personally delt with and have never had any issues with...cept for TTP. but whatever...just my vent session cause i was misstreated as a customer and since i was asked by the owner himself "what my problem was" i let him know.

BULLSHIT TNT. I have never locked anyone's PCM EVER. Ask anyone of my customer's I have never locked 1 PCM, so why would I only lock yours and how would I do it without the security protocol in LS1Edit to do so. That is an additional option I never purchased for LS1Edit and you can tell when we did your install there was only LS1edit out as an option.

How was the tune so bad? What was wrong with it? Your tune was performed by my ex-partner, he did the dynojet time, WOT air/fuel, WOT timing tables, SES code removal, fan temps, cag removal, and part throttle ltrim tuning. What else do I have to do in my tune to please you?

What are you talking about concerning the plug and wire? This was never brought to my attention.

personally after all this stuff(not just w/ ttp but all the rest of them) for the past how many years of bashing each others shops, they should only be able to have there logo on the side of the site,post specials or GPs and thats it.

the f-body and y-body communitys are suffering from these ego drawn shops and their customers saying "were better then them" who cares, im in it for the love of the cars and meeting others alike.

this is why i just do all the stuff myself or have friends help me.

no bashing just giving my unbiased opinion

Brandon: You are correct with the shop wars. The cheerleaders of each individual shops, etc. are miserable to deal with.

I try not to get into these battles on the board, but when I am called an asshole I will defend myself!!!

HAHAH...thats funny. Never locked anyones PCM? yeah, you stopped with mine after i made a fuss about it. and it was locked, i have the receipt from my local Pontiac dealer when i had to have them put it back to stock for me.

how was the tune bad? the L trims were so far off that the car smoked whenever i was at idle...it was just dumping fuel after a WOT romp from 1st to 2nd. the fans were constantly running...they were set to come on at 160degrees. why would you mess with any timing tables on a car with just bolt ons is beyond me. you cant please me...you took $550.00 from me for something was unnecassary and not done right.

im not gonna bicker with you...its a moot point. whats done is done. i felt a need to respond to what you said in the other thread and i did. so thats that.
now we'll see how long it takes for this thread to mysterously dissappear.

my car runs very rich and blows raw fuel out the back ever since I had matt dyno it a few times. Ive been trying to hold back on posting because its just more fuel to the fire. my first experience was ok (rebuild 408 tune ect) I was happy with the work. Dyno a few months later.. it could of been better and when it took 6 months for a cage install that never even got attempted and I stood there for over an hour waiting for the car back really pissed me off. my car never even left your old shop. it sat outside, dirty, nasty, never washed. and in all honesty I appalled that my car was just 100% repainted and there was a HUGE!! bird shit stain that was starting to eat the paint. thank god I saved it. Even the employees said it was BS and there was issues going on in the shop. It seams like the unhappy people just keep growing on the list...

Kevin: Once again we have gone over this experience. I offered many things to you to reconcile this. I gave you a set of ZR1 rims and tires as you said to rectify everything. Yet once you get what you needed from us you now attack us. Come on guys, TALK TO ME THAT IS ALL I ASK. If I cannot come to a resolution that you are happy with then come to the boards.

This would solve so many problems here and now everyone is attacking us, CALL ME!!!

Once again, BULLSHIT. Email Carputing and ask them if TTPerformance has the security software, I do not! Your PCM was never locked. The timing tables are always touched on a bolt-on car. Since you know so much on this topic as to why they are not to be touched... Your car comes with a max of 19 degrees timing, I won't go into the entire table, but on a 93 octane tune there is no reason why you cannot run 26-28 degrees to increase the performance of the car. I have done countless tunes in the past gaining 10-18rwhp from just adjusting a/f and timing.

Yes, I did refuse to give you back your money. But prove to me why I should have? if you were that unhappy with the car you could have brought it back to me and explained why you were unhappy and we would have fixed it. Instead you call me up demanding your money back, of course I am not going to give you the money back unless it was something done on my part to not complete the tune. All-in-all your car ran great when it left my shop and made decent power if I remember correctly. I can pull your old tune from my old laptop to see about the fan adjustments, the original tuner of your car is no longer with my shop.

matt again, not trying to add fuel to the fire. just telling my experience's. personally, I think you are a good guy and wish you and the company the best of business.
