To go get coated,I hope :gtfo:
Re did alot of it because I wasn't happy with it.Went 2.5" to 3.5" pipes to feed the turbo with a 4" downpipe. Now I can finish welding it and bring it to the caoter's this week. :)

Hey Don how come you did not vent the wastegate to atmosphere it incresses the size of the downpipe by not running it in to the downpipe? Also makes boost control better.

Because the downpipe is 4" which will control no problem. If it was 3.5" then I would.

Daymb!!!!! That looks better than before. With the smaller pipes it will deffinitally spool faster too. I still caint believe it was built in 6hrs :eek2: :eek2:

8ALTNG Feb 19, 2007 05:41 PM

through a manual???....sure no problem :) :) Through a my auto we will see.

RealQuick Feb 20, 2007 07:53 AM

Nice work Don.

96Z28SS Feb 20, 2007 09:19 PM

Why do you use a header on one side and a cast iron manifold on the other side?

8ALTNG Feb 20, 2007 09:36 PM

because on the drivers side the tubular wouldnt clear the stearing shaft. there was enough room on the passangers side to run one of my old tubular shorty headers.

SteveDoten@ARH Feb 21, 2007 07:15 PM

looks sick, I like those clamps on the Tial w/g, seems like the flanged versions never line up
