enough is enough!

So for the 3rd time this year my car is stuck in the driveway. I dont know what the hell is up but whatever happened to snow? what is this constant flooding of ice that we keep getting? So I had my car parked in a good spot where i could just shovel behind it and then move it out. But my dad had to go shopping and decided to move the car forward a couple feet (off the driveway) and now im stuck.

Anyone know where I can get a good deal on a carport that doesnt have to be strapped down in the grass? Im going to put it at the end of my driveway. Im trying to get one thats closed in on all sides. So far the best I found was $200 for a 10 x 20 foot.

cover it........ they make a decent carport, i have one its old but does the job. u dont have to anchor them down u can just get a 2x10 and park the tires on the plank and have that tied to the carport thats what do!!!! u can find them pretty cheap in the want ad too...

I use cover it, works great. It doesnt need to be tied down.

Back in the early 90's we had a winter when we got constant freezing rain. That is much worse than the sleet. But we had about 15-16 hours straight of sleet yesterday and today we had to chip and shovel about 5-6" of solid sleet pack. I wanted to turn the SS around so the sun could help melt the ice but the hood scoop was completely packed with ice so I had to wait a while for it to soften up.
