the Y pipe will hit the little round tab on the back of the tranny crossmember if it's tucked up anymore..... I told him to lop that thing off so the pipe could get positioned up where the passenger side is... but he wanted to leave it because it makes for a good spot to pry the bushing clamp together

Cut that fuggin tab off BS machine... that pipe is hanging ghetto low! You're gonna beat that pipe senseless everywhere you go with that car... I guarintee that if you don't cut that tab and adjust that pipe, the next time I go under that car it will have scrape marks/dents all over it.......

Actually yea Mail man left it infront of my house one day, so now its mine. I had not re adjusted the Ebrake so I left it there for good measure.

#5 pic show where that tab is. I am going to speak to ted about that on wednesday so it could be taken car of and repositioned.

Track opens later this month so as soon as it opens the M/T ET Street Radials go on and I go for 12's I still dont have much M6 launch practice so who knows.

I am officially broke, its 2nd job time

Great pics BlackScreamin. The plug boots sit pretty close to the header pipes on the driver's side. I picked up some Accel boot insulators at autozone to keep them from melting on mine.

Im going to inspect them but nothing has been touch and I have driven the car a few cycles, nothing of issue. Forget about the #8 wire, thats a PITA to get on.

I did put one of the stock metal insulator on the # 3 wire. thats bout it.

I took the coil pack, put the wire on the pack and set the coil on the head and slipped the wire on the plug, That was bout the worst of it. My car was on the ground and I couldnt get the car back up due to the rear. I had to make the best of it.

Be even easier without the damn heater box

I'm gonna rip mine out and put a trap door on the firewall plate so I can get to that plug easy.... my gorilla hands just don't fit there. Probably relocate the coil packs too while I'm at it... mine as well.
