South Jersey Speed Shop Experience
 

I was looking for a shop to swap transmissions and put in a new clutch, Like maybe a Spec3+. I don't think I can trust a nonstock clutch swap to a local transmission shop. I know about Harris, but I am not sure my TA will make it that far, my case is ripped open and bone dry. I have another one from the boneyard to swap, supposedly in good shape. It was only $800 so I am crossing my fingers.

Does anyone have any good experiences with any shops in South NJ? I live in Pitman which is next to Glassboro. Thanks

i can't think of anyplace in south jersey that i have heard much about one way or the other to be honest. i know several of the south jersey guys over at www.NJFBOA.org do their own swaps and installs with good results if you are interested in saving some coin and getting it done in an afternoon.

Only place in south jersey i take my car too is Kaspers Korner but thats for exhaust work only. I would second having it towed to Harris Speed works only about 35-45 min from you

Thanks for all the info. I will get it to Harris somehow. Toms River is a bit further for me.
