Default Got my Z back from Eastside...

Remember the '01 Z28 I bought last spring... well it sat in my driveway for awhile. Then I dropped it off at Eastside and forgot all about it for a month It would barley start, wouldn't idle and would die as soon as you let the clutch out... I had to limp it on the trailer just to get it down there. The guys at eastside worked their magic and got it to run...

364hp & 324tq

It's got a small cam... no idea what it is, it doesn't produce alot down low but pics up ok around 3500. The car is a little rough around the edges, but for what I paid for it, it will make a fun toy. I'll post the graph tomorrow morning.

Thanks to the guys at Eastside for turning a 3500lb boat anchor into a decent street car.

Did they find anythign wrong with it, or was it just a tune? I remember when you came down to pick itup that day, she was a running a little rough.. Good to hear it's feeling better though

A little cleanup, change the exhaust tips and it will be good to go!

It ran that day but the next time I tried to start it... it wouldn't even idle. It has all the bolt ons and a cam and someone had tried to tune it, but failed miserably. It needed new injectors, plugs, wires and the tune was the biggest problem. It runs strong now but like chef said it needs some gear to overcome the limited low end. I'm just going to cut off those tips and put some turn downs farther back.

My Trans Am is at East Side this week. I've always done my own work over the last 25 years. However, I don't really have the place or the patience for this stuff anymore. Sean is a good guy and I felt comfortable leaving my car there

good stuff. Don't trust my TA with anyone else. I'm thinking about getting some 4:10 gears now myself.

LOL at that one... no it's not 950. Give them a call, you'll save yourself a small fortune.

we dont have any hidden charges in our tuning like other shops, our retunes are the cheapeast around also(just dyno time, retunes not requiring dynotime are free)
Call Sean at the shop for pricing and scheduling
