**** I have drag radials on my car 24/7 and have been passing for many years. That's the least of my worries.

Just get some 3m tape and stick the plate on, then you can rip it off after.

nobody around my town will even put a R on it, for some reason it is a big issue out here...exhaust they claim is too loud, drag radials they deny, and the plate is an easy fix. i know most of them too i work at a salvage yard and do alot of business with every garage in town but too many shops have been busted here and they have to pay huge fines and shut down for 75 days. it is ridiculous, any of you who have heard my car knows that it isnt that loud and i have been stopped here numerous times and paid fines twice. i dont know how all the diesel pick ups with open exhuast and harleys are okay for street use by my camaro isnt? it doesnt make sense i know but every year i travel far and pay alot for a sticker, last year was $100 on top of the $29

I like Harleys but it does sort of annoy me that they can get away with murder and muscle cars get their ***** busted for being 1/4 as loud.

I know of a ghetto way to get the exhaust quiet for the test if ya need to do that.

If noone has a shop in your area, maybe someone has a set of tires that you can borrow to go thru the test...
