I think im going to need swap the 98 PCM to a 99+, and the only way to tune it is with EFIlive so I need a GOOOOD tuner who uses EFIlive, and can do a 2 or 3 bar SD tune.

I use EFI Live and can do a 2 or 3 bar custom OS. I do my own tuning. No sub-contractors.

Any good tuner with access to HP Tuners will also have access to our 2 bar Custom Operating systems which are available even for 98' LS1 pcm's. We are the only software that offers a 98 2 bar solution. There are many tuners in the tri-state area including Mikey & RPM that should be able to get you setup using our software if you decide to keep your 98 pcm.

If i keep the 98' I will be doing a HPT 2bar SD tune, if not EFIlive can do a 3bar on a 98 with a 99+ PCM correct?
